Assin Thottumkal is an Indian actress who born in Cochin, Kerala. Asin was born on 26th October 1985 in a syro Malabar Catholic family, her parents are originally from Thodupuzha in Idukki District. she completed Graduation from St. Theressa college in Kerala. Asin was engaged in dancing and prolific painting and she was continously danced in four hours when she was at the age of four. Her first debut in Malayalam was 'Narendran Makhan Jayakanthan Vaka' in 2001.
